11:29 PM | Toughness isn`t something that you learn nor is it something that you can teach. It`s a born characteristic that we all have that has to be brought out individually through situations that enables us to conquer all urges to quit or submit no matter how defying the task. I can truly say we are Built "Tough" individually as a man and together as men which makes us unstoppable. No matter how many times you get knocked down, suffer injury or endure disapointment we remain strong. That`s the true meaning of " Toughness" Which is why we are "Built Tough"
