1:54 PM | Comprises a group of people or animals linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks. A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses
The reason why I put the definition of team on here is becasue we must remember that we are a team, one unit going for a common goal. With a team you will have ups and downs and what truly makes u "Built Tough" is the ability to come together as a team and become one. There is no player/coach on this team that is above any person on the team. We all payed money, not just because we had nothing to do on weekends but to win and have the same team feeling that we got when we played association, high school, college, etc. We all have strengths and weaknesses as football players, and as a true teammate u want your weaknesses to be notified by your teammates so that they can be strenthened. The god complex and sensitivity as players is not a form of being "Built Tough." NOT ONE PLAYER ON THIS TEAM IS ABOVE ANY OTHER PLAYER. ONE NAME, ONE TEAM, ONE GOAL, AND THATS TO WIN.
